Design: The cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) method was used for the extraction and purification of DNA.Different libraries were pooled in flow cells based on their corresponding effective concentrations and the amount of targeted offline data. cBOT was used to generate clusters, and sequencing was performed with the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 high-throughput sequencing platform.
